1What Is a Subprocessor?
For purposes of the 255 Data Processing Addendum, a Subprocessor is a third party engaged by 255 to process Personal Data on behalf of a Customer in connection with the Services.
255 may use Subprocessors for functions such as infrastructure, hosting, communications, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, authentication, support, and other technical services where applicable.
Not every third-party service or customer-selected integration is necessarily a Subprocessor. The distinction is explained in the sections below.
2Current Subprocessors
255 maintains a list of Subprocessors that process Customer Personal Data on our behalf in connection with the Services.
The current Subprocessor list is being finalized in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum and applicable data-protection requirements. Each provider is reviewed to confirm that it processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of 255, that its legal entity is accurately identified, and that its processing role and region are correctly described before it is published on this page.
This page will be updated as providers are verified and approved for publication. Customers with applicable contractual rights may request information about current Subprocessors by contacting support@255adv.com.
3Customer-Selected Third-Party Integrations
The 255 Services may allow Customers to independently connect third-party applications, platforms, or services.
When a Customer chooses to enable an independent third-party integration, information may be transmitted to or exchanged with that provider as necessary to provide the requested integration.
Independent third-party services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Not every Customer-selected third-party integration is a Subprocessor engaged by 255. Customers are responsible for evaluating third-party services they choose to connect.
4Changes to Subprocessors
255 may update this Subprocessor list as our Services and supporting providers change.
Where required by applicable Data Protection Law or contractual commitments, 255 will provide appropriate notice of material changes involving Subprocessors.
If a Customer has a legally recognized right to object to a new Subprocessor, the Customer may raise a reasonable data-protection objection by contacting support@255adv.com.
The parties will work in good faith to address legitimate concerns.
